Partner Program terms.

Effective September 26, 2026

1. Who can join.

   Golf courses, pro shops, driving ranges, indoor golf centers and club fitters in the United States. One display per location unless Duffer Golf sends more.

2. What Duffer Golf provides.

   The counter display, tracking of every scan and sale to your display number, and a referral code golfers can type at checkout.

3. Commission.

   $300 for every Duffer Golf Simulator sold through your display or referral code, paid by check to the payee and address on your signup, within 30 days after the sale is complete and any return window has passed. Duffer Golf’s records decide which sales are yours.

4. How attribution works.

   The first business to register a display holds it. A sale counts for you when the buyer reached duffergolf.net from your display’s QR code or entered your referral code.

5. Your part.

   Keep the display where golfers can see it. Don’t alter it, copy it, or put it anywhere other than your business. Don’t make claims about the simulator beyond what duffergolf.net says.

6. No cost, no inventory, no exclusivity.

   Nothing to buy, nothing to stock; you can carry anything else you like.

7. Ending it.

   Either of us can end the arrangement any time by email. Commissions already earned are still paid. Return or discard the display when asked.

8. Changes.

   Duffer Golf may update these terms with notice by email; continuing to keep the display on your counter after notice means you accept them.
